Responsibility: Cookie handling and configuration is the client’s responsibility.

Implementation support: The PM team provides technical assistance with chosen tool integration and implementation.

Cookie Sources

PM does not implement any cookies for website development purposes. All cookies on the site originate exclusively from third-party services added by GTM (analytics, marketing tools, embeds, etc.).

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• PM integrates GTM into the site
• Client provides the GTM container ID

Cloudflare Forms

Form submissions are processed through Cloudflare static forms and stored in Cloudflare’s system. Cloudflare acts as a data processor for all submitted form data.

Client responsibilities:

• Ensure GDPR-compliant data processing agreement with PM

PM responsibility:

• Technical integration
• Manage form submissions via Cloudflare account

Privacy Policy

The client is responsible for maintaining their own privacy policy.
