A horizontal group of clickable cards displaying statistics with numbers, descriptions, and anchor arrows. Used for quick navigation to different page sections with visual statistics.

| system | Display anchor navigation | Shows horizontal row of equal-width cards, each with large number at top, descriptive text in middle, and yellow arrow button at bottom. Cards have light border and rounded corners. Titles/descriptive text are provided as translationsand are expected to be supplied via the i18n/translation files. |
| editor | Configure anchor links | Editor can add an anchor link and a numeric value for each card. |
| user | Navigate to section | Click any card to smoothly scroll to corresponding page section. Arrow button indicates clickable nature and scroll direction. |
